Tampa Bay holds on to beat Boston 3-1 and take a commanding 3-1 series lead. Shots on goal: Lightning with 30...Bruins had 26.

Boston pulled Halak with 2:10 left but the Lightning were able to stymie the Bruins.

Normally, the Bruins have been able to get that goal when needed. Tampa has turned the tables on them in the past 3 games.

Leo Karmarov scored the game winning goal with 6 seconds left in the 2nd period and held on to defeat the Philadelphia Flyers 3-1. Tyler Pitlick opened the scoring for Philly in the first period. Anders Lee for the Isles tied it at 1 before Karmarov scored. Martin tallied in the third for the final score. Varlamov stopped 26 of 27 Flyer shots while Carter Hart made 26 saves for the Flyers.

Vegas got goals from Alex Tuch, Zach Whitecloud, and Mark Stone while Robin Lehner stopped all 31 shots in a 3-0 Golden Knights win over Vancouver. They now lead the series 2-1.

Well.....Dallas came out on fire. Goals from Faksa, Benn, and Klingberg on 10 shots has the Stars out in front 3-0 after 1 period. The Avalanche only managed 4 shots on Khubodin.

Max Pacioretty scored the game winning goal with 7:02 remaining in the third period and added an assist 54 seconds later to seal a 5-3 Vegas win over the Vancouver Canucks. The Golden Knights now lead the series 3-1. Nate Schmidt tied the game early in the third period. Marc-Andre Fleury returned between the pipes for Vegas. Pacioretty had two goals overall and that assist overall.

No score after one period between Tamp Bay and Boston. The Lightning were quite lethargic...too much indecision on pass or shoot. Kucherov was high sticked by Zdeno Chara, resulting in a double minor. They probably have to shave Kuch in order to stitch him up. Tampa was 0-2 on the power play while Boston went 0-1. Blake Coleman and Barclay Goodrow have turned out to be excellent penalty killers for Tampa Bay.
