The 4-0 Pittsburgh Steelers will face the 4-1 Cleveland Browns without a couple of pieces of their offense. Wide Receiver Diontae Johnson is out with a back injury, while guard David DeCastro will miss the game due to an abdominal injury. All other Steelers players are healthy for one of the biggest games with the Browns since the 2002 wild-card playoff game.

The Pittsburgh Steelers dominated the Cleveland Browns on the way to their first 5-0 start since 1978. But it wasn't a completely happy outing, as linebacker and defensive play-caller Devin Bush left with a knee injury in the second quarter after he grabbed his leg on a non-contact play. If reports are correct, Bush tore his ACL and is out for the year. Coach Mike Tomlin called it a significant knee injury in his postgame comments.

The Pittsburgh Steelers brought in former punter Jordan Berry on Monday for a visit. The Steelers also hosted Ray Wilborn, a converted safety. Wilborn is a former Atlanta Falcons linebacker who failed to make their 53-man roster and was cut on September 5th. In Wilborn's last two seasons at Ball State, he played at outside linebacker and at safety and showed very good skill in coverage.

It was a busy day today for the Steelers as they made at least four roster moves. They first released punter Dustin Colquitt, they then placed linebacker Devin Bush on the Reserve/Injured List, then promoted defensive end Henry Mondeaux to the 53-man roster, and then signed linebacker Ray Wilborn to the practice squad.

Pittsburgh got up in the first half then just were able to hang on at the end. A hard hitting game on both sides. As the Titans were able to pick off two deflected passes. Tough game that should benefit each team as the season goes on. As Tennessee will need to try out so new place kickers.

When Ben Roethlistberger takes the field Sunday at M@T Bank Stadium, he'll be returning to his roots as a professional. More than 16 years ago, Roethlistberger's first regular season action in the NFL happened in Baltimore against one of the best defenses in the NFL. Then just a rookie, Roethlistberger replaced an injured Tommy Maddox in the second half. He later took the starting job for the remainder of the season and, as it turned out, has kept it for more than a decade and-a-half. The Steelers lost 30-13 that day in 2004, but it was their only loss of the regular season as Roethlistberger led Pittsburgh to a 15-1 record, the AFC Championship Game and earned himself AP Offensive Rookie of The Year in the process. Sunday will be, including the playoffs, his 27th game at Quarterback against the Baltimore Ravens.

I wish they wasn't showing this game in the 1pm time slot. This is a huge game and should be nationally televised. Instead we get to see barnburners like Dallas and Philadelphia Sunday Night and a thrilling matchup with Tampa Bay and New York Giants Monday Night.

Will be a hard hitting game. Would not be terrible if the Steelers were to get beat. Getting their first loss out of the way.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to a trade with the New York Jets. The Jets have traded linebacker Avery Williamson to the Steelers, in exchange for fifth round pick in 2022, plus a seventh round pick in 2022. The Jets had renegotiated Williamson's salary in the final year of his contract, so the Steelers will only owe him about 1.45 million. I would just about bet that Williamson probably feels like he just won the lottery, going from probably one of the worst teams in the NFL, to no doubt one of the best teams.
