Prefer the Mets, but what a game last night! It had everything! Decent starting pitching, great bullpen, dramatic errors, inside the park HR! Went into 14 innings.

Mets down two games to zero.Has the solo shot in the bottom of the 9th of game #1 killed the Mets?

I think the Mets can push it to 6 games, I think they lose in 5 though.
Cueto pitches game 5 and it will be more of the same.
Cueto may end up as mvp if he throws another gem like he did last night.

Saw where KC won the Series. I didn't watch one pitch. Baseball has lost me.

Baseball is a dying sport.
I love baseball. I loved playing it growing up, I love coaching it, and I enjoy watching it, but our society have moved past the slow pace of the game.
With most of the steroids out of the game and homer us being down as a result, even less people watch it.

It is a sad but true reality of the sport.

At one time I could tell you the best players on about every team. Over the last 15/20 years I haven't watched too much.

I hate how much ratings have dropped in baseball. I love watching baseball on tv or in person. I go to several reds games every year, and watch all the other games on tv! But, it seems like kids don't have the attention span for it anymore.

Love baseball but really lost interest (as Pirates fan) when money bought championship's. Hard to compete with no salary cap and big money markets but hopefully it's starting to change some. Over last couple years with great farm systems and young talent smaller clubs have been competing pretty well.
