I would love to see him return but I know it's not gonna happen now that that arrogant manager Price got his contract extended

Dusty Baker is good baseball man. Well liked with an overall winning record. Yet his record is only 23-32 in the post season over his 22 year managerial career. In other words he and his teams choke in the spotlight.

I can't believe Girardi got fired ! Don't remember the last time a manager got fired after leading his team to game 7 for the pennant.

Girardi actually didn't get fired. He was under contract for 4 years, and that 4th year was this this past season, and the Yankees didn't sign him to a new one.

Might as well say he got fired, not renewing after the season they had when they were not expected to contend is mind blowing. I remember a lot of people saying Boston was the team to beat in the preseason.

Even if a team might not want him to manage they should bring him into management.
