2021 Cleveland Browns

Post by countywide35 »

Browns fans sure had a fun ride in 2020.

But we are in 2021 now.

Let’s start a fresh thread with fresh ingredients

We seemed to have turned the corner as far as getting the right pieces in the right places now that we have found some recent success. The thing is can we keep this success going snd turn this thing into a long term franchise to be dealt with year in snd year out.

Go Browns !!

Stefanski is high on OBJ.....and should be.....I haven’t read any thoughts though from OBJ....does he or is he willing to make the commitment to the franchise .???.....I believe he is under contract through 2023 with no guranteed money.....

Stefanski named coach of the year !

Good way to start the off seaosn.

I believe GalliaGrad78 had it up as a separate thread..maybe that’ll help OBj stay for another year. Even though Rhys did awfully well without him. OBJ sure would help and bring another dynamic piece to the puzzle

I think that the Browns have finally found their Coach and General Manager. I hope they don't fall for the lure of adding Clowney. The free agent signings so far have looked pretty good. The draft is anyone's guess though.

Well, they did it. They have signed Clowney. I am disappointed, but must say I trust Andrew Berry. I think it's a one year rental, to try and make a run at the big game. Makes the draft much more interesting.

Released Richardson, maybe extend Chubb with the savings?

You must be talking about Bradley Chubb, Edge for Denver.

I kind of agree with you about Clowney. A great talent at times, but even in his college days at South Carolina, he sometimes would take a few plays off, and can be a head case at times.

Feeling pretty good about the Browns draft, buy my guess is that everyone is happy with there team's draft. I really wish that Sheldon Richardson resigns with the team. He is a very good defender, and a good presence in the locker room. I read that when the team released him, he was ok with it so he could test the market. No animosity. Still hopeful that he returns.

Well they fall for the luring of Clowny after all.

Yes, still hoping for the best. Hopefully by playing in a rotation, he can stay healthy this year and be productive.

Gonna be some tough decisions for the Browns at roster cut down time.
