Konnor Pilkington ( Mississippi State) earned the win (2-0) with 4 2/3 innings of work though he was far from good. He gave up three runs and walked two and gave up four hits. Trenton Brooks (Nevada) blasted his sixth homer of the season while totaling three RBI. Will Brennan (Kansas State) had three hits to raise his average to .339. Franmil Reyes had a hit and drove in a run, as he tries to rebuild his career. Oscar Mercado in the same boat as Reyes also had a hit and one RBI. Rochester has now lost fifteen straight games. John Nogowski (Florida State) was a bright spot as he blasted his third homer, collected two hits, and drove in three.
