Ole #15 Bart Starr played for Bama from 1952-56. Actually played sparingly for the most part for the Tide. He was on some great Packer teams and I could relate a lot of stories but that is neither here nor there. But Starr made this bunch look good also. The perfect QB for this outfit and Coach Lombardi. Bart Starr played 16 yrs in the Show!! He was part of 5 World championship teams prior to winning the 1st 2 Super Bowls vs The Raiders and the KC Chiefs. He was the MVP of the NFL in 1966. He was the MVP of the 1st 2 Super Bowls..He earned 4 Pro Bowl selections and was named to the Pro football Hall of Fame in 1977. To downplay the accomplishments of Bart Starr is kind of idiotic by those that do.noreply66 wrote:bart Starr only because the whole team made him LOOK good
