According to the news those carts have been placed there for years without any incidence. If those carts are being moved there before halftime then its not the refs fault its the schools fault.

they are typically taken there before the game even starts.

Im sure hes 18+ so she can say what she wants. He said he doesn't hold Marshall responsible. My wife and I heard it snap about 8-10 rows into the student section. They only replayed it once in the stadium. Man that place was quite.
