The Bobcats (11-9, 6-4 MAAC) hit only 28% in the first half and had double digits in turnovers during that time and that was all Niagara (7-14, 5-5 Conf) needed to end a four game losing streak. The winners hit 53.2% of their shots for the game and hit 6-13 three point shots. Leading the way in the win was, Marcus Hammond (Queens, NY) with 23 points, 6 boards and 4 assists. Coming off of the bench to log 27 minutes was, James Towns (Detroit, MI), he scored 19 points in that time. Greg Kuakumensah (Worcester, MA) also came off of the bench to score 10 points in 25 minutes of action. For the Bobcats, Rich Kelly (Shelton, CT) struggled, hitting just 5-13 shots to score a team high 15 points. He did have 6 assists. The leading rebounder in the country, Kevin Marfo (Bergenfield, NJ) had 15 boards and 11 points.
