The Buckeyes will kick off their season this Friday and Saturday, when they play host to a tri-meet against two Big Ten foes, Penn State and Rutgers.

Only part of the schedule has been released to this point. I'll add the rest of the schedule as it becomes available.

Similar to the men, the women's team did not win the majority of events in their season opening victory over visiting Penn State, but the depth that OSU showed in collecting points allowed them to prevail. Their season was started on Saturday by picking up a close, 157-141 victory. The following were event winners for the Buckeyes:

Sally Tafuto - 500 Free, 1,000 Free
Mackenzie Crawford - 1-meter Dive, 3-meter Dive
Taylor Petrak - 100 Free
Josie Panitz - 200 Breast
400 Free Relay (Zenick, Petrak, Rayner, Fulmer)

Next up, Ohio State travels to Indiana to take on the Hoosiers next weekend.
