The NCAA has lost a court case regarding their ability to restrict player eligibility concerning prior junior college participation:

Though this ruling is narrow in scope, it does make the NCAA vulnerable to legal challenge over any rule restricting eligibility.

So the NCAA has lost on NIL, transfers, revenue sharing, and the handwriting is on the wall for their ability to set eligibility rules. So what comes next ?
