Re: 2026 Ohio State Football Schedule
Definitely a challenging schedule, but the Bucks have a floor of eight wins. However if they can improve on the offensive line and special teams, they will definitely be a contender for top 10 ranking and being in the playoffs.

Re: 2026 Ohio State Football Schedule
If Ohio State wins against Texas or USC on the road, they'll have an extremely strong record. With just one or two losses for the entire season, the Bucks could very well be a top-five playoff contender.
Re: 2026 Ohio State Football Schedule
They also have to go to Indiana and Iowa. Those could be trip up games if they're not clicking on all cylinders. Very challenging schedule indeed! The most challenging part could be when they play at Indiana, Bye, USC, Oregon. They will have to be highly motivated for three straight games with no let downs. The Bye will help of course. No Penn State on the schedule? I thought they made a pact years ago they would always play them and TTUN in the regular season.

Re: 2026 Ohio State Football Schedule
I think OSU tried to designate Penn State as a designated rival but the nits declined. As to 2026, the Buckeyes should be good, but with all the transfers and NIL money floating around college football, predicting next years CFP participants or even a top 25 might be futile until week 5.cbolt wrote: Thu Jan 29, 2026 2:24 pm They also have to go to Indiana and Iowa.
