Is TSUN (M*ichigan) Back and BIG East Contender ?

For your consideration. TOSU has been lackluster. Sparty's win against Oregon has been diminished by being crushed by Utah which gave TSUN it's only loss in a fairly close game. As much as we like to trash all things Blue and Maize, it looks like the Buckeyes path the the Big championship game is now a bit more difficult. Video half way down page at link.

I feel like this is the way the B1G East/West will look come Bowl/Playoff time.

EAST
1. Ohio State (B1G Champion)
2. Michigan State
3. Michigan
4. Indiana
5. Penn State
6. Rutgers
7. Maryland

WEST
1. Northwestern
2. Wisconsin
3. Iowa
4. Nebraska
5. Minnesota
6. Purdue
7. Illinois

From what Ive seen, this is my best prediction.

I thought UM was a 3-5 loss team, depending on how they handled Minnesota & Northwestern.
At this point, I had them 3-1.
They're 3-1.

Will they finish 7-5, 8-4, or 9-3?

I see 9-3... with losses to Sparty and the Buckeyes. BUT, I wouldnt count out Northwestern. But when I look at the B1G West teams, other than Northwestern.. no other team can match the physicality of their play.

I was at this one, and probably the most dominant effort I've seen since 2006 against PSU.

I sat by two BYU fans, who were at UCLA, and they confirmed that UCLA is in no way better than Michigan in any way.

Chris Wormley is a flat out stud on the DL, and is a disruptive force. The secondary is pretty stout as well, with Lewis, Peppers and Wilson all very capable defenders.

The LB core is the position that struggles in space still.

The offense will need to continue to be creative, because unfortunately we still don't have a QB capable of throwing it long.

I predict a bunch of games in my Athlon/lindy's books prior to the season. I called the Utah win, and thought they'd lose to byu as well. but they are turning the corner quicker than I thought they would. I'm thinking this years season ender is gonna be 1 whale of a very closely contested game.

Frankly, Michigan is playing like the 2nd best team in the conference right now. The only reason I give OSU the edge is talent level. They get N'western, MSU, and the Bucks in Ann Arbor. Wouldn't surprise me to see them go 2-1 in those games. Michigan State are posers.
