I wonder if most of the Big 10 tournament will be televised on the Big 10 Network ?

Yes. The championship game will be on ESPN2. But, every other game in the tournament will be on the Big Ten Network.

This one will not be easy at all, Iowa one of the better Big 10 teams. Even in the past when the Lady Buckeyes were always contending for the Big 10 title, Iowa has always played the Buckeyes very tough.

I think that the Lady Buckeyes certainly proved me wrong yesterday, as I think they beat Iowa 87-66 in the Big 10 tournament. Just heard the score on the Radio, don't know who they play next.

Huge 87-66 victory over #19 Iowa in the Big Ten Quarterfinals on Friday night.

Ohio State will play Michigan in the Semifinals on Saturday night, after the Wolverines upset #11 Northwestern.

Have the Buckeyes clinched their ticket to the NCAA Tournament? We'll find out soon enough, as OSU defeated rival Michigan 66-60 in the semifinals of the Big Ten Tournament in Indy on Saturday. Madison Greene led the way for OSU with 13 points. Dorka Juhasz tallied a 10 point, 11 rebound double double. Naz Hilmon had a monster game for Michigan with 22 points and 16 rebounds.

Next up, Ohio State will play top seeded Maryland for the conference championship on Sunday at 6pm.

Any win in the Big 10 tournament is a great win, but anytime that you can beat Michigan is even a sweeter win. The Lady Buckeyes will now play there 4th game in 4 days, against University of Maryland, the top seed in the tournament for the Big 10 Championship.

Throughout the course of the Big Ten Tournament, the Buckeyes were extremely impressive, making it all the way to the championship game. That is, until they ran into a buzzsaw, falling to #6 Maryland in the championship, by a final score of 82-65. Dorka Juhasz had a solid 20 point and 5 rebound game for the Buckeyes. Stephanie Jones led the Terrapin effort with 18 points and 10 rebounds.

Although they will not receive the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, making it all the way to the championship, plus their regular season resume, should put them in the tournament field.

Well I guess the Transfer Portal taketh and giveth also. Kierstan Bell, a very highly rated 5-star from Canton M'Kinley, who just finished her freshman year with the Lady Buckeyes, has decided to enter the Transfer Portal and transfer. She played quite a bit for the Lady Buckeyes this year, averaging over 11 pts a game, plus being named to the all Big 10 Freshman team.

I wouldn't disagree at all as far as how good of a player she was. She has a lot of talent, really hate to see her transfer.

After the Lady Buckeyes lost a couple recent players to Transfer, today they gained a transfer as Providence Guard Hevynne Bristow announced that she is transferring to OSU. She is from Brooklyn, NY, and played in 29 games this past season for Providence. She's 6'1" and will have 3 years of eligibility left. The article did not say whether or not she would have to sit out a year, but I wouldn't be surprised that she would have too, unless she was granted a waiver by the NCAA.
