Georgia lost by 27 points and only dropped one spot.
Point in case on how biased the committee is to the SEC.

Agreement apparently still in place for 1st or 2nd place B10-PAC12 teams must play each other in bowl games when not making CFP games. Stupid but it will remain that way until the dinosaurs of both conferences figure out neither one of them is doing the other a favor nationally. This is not the old Rose Bowl days.

Agree with what you say. One year did Texas not play in the Rose Bowl, or was that the year that they won the Championship, and the Championship game was just held at the Rose Bowl ?FANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2019 9:29 pmAgreement apparently still in place for 1st or 2nd place B10-PAC12 teams must play each other in bowl games whenthe Championship game not making CFP games. They CFP rotate the championship game yearly and the Rose Bowl in Pasadena is in that rotation.VetteMan wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2019 9:46 pmAgree with what you say. I knew that they rotated the Sites, I should have remembered that. His name escape's me, but I remember there big QB with a late touchdown run to win the game. He was quite a college QB, but it never really happened for him in the NFL after mayby a couple years.FANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2019 10:51 pmThey CFP rotate the championship game yearly and the Rose Bowl in Pasadena is in that rotation.VetteMan wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2019 9:46 pmAgree with what you say. 4 decent years with Titans and then played another 3 or 4 with various teams. Finished up in Canada I think.VetteMan wrote: ↑Wed Dec 11, 2019 11:42 pm10-4, Do you remember how many years he was in the NFL ?FANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Tue Dec 10, 2019 8:19 amVince YoungVetteMan wrote: ↑Mon Dec 09, 2019 11:05 pm

Yeah, spent 4 years with the Titans, and 1 year with the Eagles. After that, he was a practice squad player with the Bills, Packers and Browns. Then spent a year as a practice squad player in the CFL with Saskatchewan.FANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2019 12:35 am4 decent years with Titans and then played another 3 or 4 with various teams. He was really good with the Titans, as he made 2 pro bowls, and was the offensive rookie of the year in 2006.
He was inducted into the college football hall of fame this year.

I can remember a lot of Browns fans were clamoring to get him. I bet county was one of them.

Had high hopes of Vince Young !! I thought USC was better than Mack Brown in the Longhorns during that time. Still think Reggie Bush is one the best college RB I’ve seen.

Baylor vs Georgia-
A very good offense (Baylor until they lost their QB) against a good defense.
A poor offense (Georgia) against a poor defense (Baylor).
Seems like a yawning contest.
