Ohio State snared two five star recruits on its way to the third best recruiting class behind only number one Clemson and number two Alabama. The Tigers signed six five star recruits. The rich get richer. Georgia and LSU also have a higher composite ranking than Ohio State but signed fewer recruits. Of course the bottom line is player development, not recruiting rankings.

that is awesome.on the Columbus news I heard ryan day say he is more impressed with the quality of players he is getting than the ranking. natural born leaders, and great students he said. sounds like a talented, teachable group of young men he is getting.

Yep, Clark Phillips was their highest rated defensive player and they lost him to UTAH. He's from La Habra Ca. and everyone who's highly rated in that state the last few years has been going out of state and that has really hurt USC. A lot of them have been coming East and most are going South.

That QB he signed from Cali is a monster. He's got a Cam Newton body but is a pure passer. He's scary good but time will tell.

2020 is a deep class and Clemson got all the best players in the country that they needed. Got the best DE, DT, and QB.
