This might have been the worst first half I have watched all season. Portland (8-7) shot just a little over 26% in the first half and I believe they had more turnover then points during this time. Leading the Pilots was Tahirou Diabate (Bamako, Mali) with a double, double12 points and 10 rebounds. Ball State (7-6) got a game high 18 points from Ishmael El-Amin (Minneapolis, MN). Also aiding in the cause was Freshman Luke Bumbalough 14 points.
