The men and women's track and field teams both showed promise at their first meet of the season, competing on Friday and Saturday, at the Jim Green Invite, hosted by Kentucky. No team scores were recorded at the meet, but the meet did include 17 different teams. Top 5 finishers included:

The Buckeyes competed at the Simmons-Harvey Invite at Michigan over the weekend, which is a tri-meet between OSU, Michigan and Michigan State. OSU finished as runner-up on both the men's and women's sides, while Michigan won both sides. Final team scores for men went: Michigan (126), Ohio State (113), Michigan State (53). For the women's side: Michigan (120), Ohio State (93), and Michigan State (90). The following athletes won event titles at the meet.

With the first two days of the Columbia Challenge in New York in the books, the Buckeye women are in 1st place with 38 points, while the men are in 5th place with 16 points. The following athletes finished in the top 8 and have scored points for the Buckeyes through the first two days:

OSU wrapped up their weekend at the Columbia Challenge on Saturday. The men finished in 7th out of 20 teams with 44 points. The women were crowned meet champions out of 19 teams with 70 points. The following athletes finished in the top 8 and earned points for the Buckeyes on day three:

Through two days of competition at the Texas Tech Invitational, the Buckeyes have put forth a few solid performances. Here are their top 8 performances from the first two days.

The Buckeyes made the trek to South Bend this past weekend to compete in the Meyo Invitational hosted by Notre Dame and Friday and Saturday. Although it was unscored, the Buckeyes competed at a high level, despite only sending a partial team. Top 8 finishers for OSU included the following.

The Buckeyes competed at three different meets over the weekend, all three were non-scored. The first of which was the Iowa State Classic, hosted by Iowa State on Friday and Saturday. The OSU event group that traveled to this meet was the middle distance and long distance runners, as well as a few sprinters. Top eight Buckeye finishers were as follows:

The second meet the Buckeyes competed in was the Tiger Paw Invite, hosted by Clemson on Friday and Saturday. This meet was highlighted by Anavia Battle of the lady Buckeyes, who ran the fastest 200 meter in the entire world this year so far. The OSU event group that traveled to this meet were the sprinters, hurdlers, and jumpers. Top eight Buckeye finishers were as follows:

The final meet of the weekend with Buckeye results is the Doug Raymond Invite, that was hosted by Kent State on Friday and Saturday. OSU throwers and pole vaulters, as well as a few sprinters and jumpers made the in-state trip to this meet. Here were the top eight finishers in the meet:

Ohio State now has one more tune-up weekend before the Big Ten Indoor Championships. Next weekend they will send out split teams once again, this time, both meets will be just Saturday, and will be at the Kent State Tune Up, and the Alex Wilson Invitational (at Notre Dame).

The Buckeyes sent partial teams to two separate meets on Saturday, sending teams to the Alex Wilson Invitational (@ Notre Dame), and to the Kent State Tune-up (@ Kent State).

At Kent State, freshman Garrett Doyle finished as the runner-up in the men's weight throw, with a toss of 19.57m (64' 2.5"). The success in the throwing events continued, as Chance Ehrnsberger took home the meet title in the shot put with a throw of 17.52m (57' 5.75").

Continuing their dominance in the throws, Adelaide Aquilla won the women's shot put title with a throw of 16.17m (53' 0.75"), while Lindsey Baker came in third place with a throw of 15.68m (51' 5.5").

The Lady Buckeyes won there 2nd consecutive Indoor track @ Field Championship today.

The women's track and field team did indeed win the Big Ten Championship on Saturday, scoring 104 team points. Minnesota was runner-up with 99 points, while Penn State was third with 87.5 points. The field events and sprints won the championship for the Buckeyes, as most of their points came from those groups. OSU had 4 individual conference champions: Anavia Battle (60m, 200m), Emma Nwofor (60m Hurdles), and Adelaide Aquilla (Shot Put). The following athletes scored points for the Buckeyes:

The Buckeye men performed at a decent level over the weekend at the Big Ten Championships, finishing in 5th with 57 points, out of 12 scoring teams. As expected, Indiana won the men's team championship with 120.5 points, while Iowa finished as runner-up with 107 points. The following were point scorers for the Buckeyes over the two days:
