Next Rio Grande Basketball Coach

Looks like Coach French will no longer be coaching the Red Storm. Good guy and ran a great great camp. I don’t know the details, I wish him very well.
Who might be interested or next?

Who are kidding here? The best possible scenario would be for Rio to make it a family affair and hire Howie Caldwell and get Jeff to come along with him.

Howie always was a hellacious recruiter. Getting his son to come along would be an absolute coup for red storm nation. I wonder what kind of salary it would take to get him?

It most certainly would not be Norm Persin's style of offense, having to play with a shot clock. I guess everyone can adapt, don't see it happening though.

Blake Justice from Valdosta State would be a good one,but; I'm thinking he may be at Valdosta State for a long time. They love him there.

Yeah, Smalley knowing I was at Whiteoak would always tell how he scored 50 at Whiteoak in the old gym

Yes he did. I believe before 3 point shots. Never saw a shot he didn't like.
