Michigan Doing A Good Thing Or Starting To Give Up On A Return To Normal. ?

Per MSN, the Wolverine Athletic Department is offering to refund purchases of 2020-2021 season tickets for football, basketball, and hockey. The article was lacking detail but hinted it was to return dollars to those who all ready purchased ducats who might be in financial need due to the contagion. Other ticket sales for the coming season also had dates changed. Then again is Michigan getting ahead of the curve in planning for a cancelled or delayed fall and winter sports season?
