The hockey program has released the schedule through their first 10 games. I'll keep the results updated, and add to the schedule as it comes out.

Opening up their season on the road in Minneapolis, the Buckeyes struggled taking on a fellow top 10 team. They opened up on Monday with a lopsided 4-1 loss, and then were shutout on Tuesday with a 2-0 loss.

Next up, they'll host Michigan State on Saturday and Sunday.

The Buckeyes' struggles to begin the season continued on Saturday night, as they fell to visiting Michigan State by a final score of 3-2 in an entertaining overtime match-up. Then, for the first time this season, the 10th ranked Buckeyes picked up their first victory, pulling it out against the Spartans by a final score of 4-2.

Next up, Ohio State will host Wisconsin on Thursday and Friday.

The Wisconsin Badgers Men's Hockey team evened up the series Friday against the Buckeyes with a 3-1 victory. The Badgers took advantage of their power play, and pretty much led for the majority of the game.

The Buckeyes finally got back on the ice this weekend in Columbus, as they took a 6-3 victory over visiting Penn State on Friday, before falling to the Nittany Lions on Saturday, 5-2.

Next up, Ohio State hits the road next weekend for a two game set at Michigan.

Over the weekend in Ann Arbor against #9 Michigan, the Buckeyes were dominated by the Wolverines. In the first game they were able to put 2 goals on the board, but falling 4-2. In the second game, it was utter domination as Michigan pulled out a 5-0 victory.

Next up, Ohio State travels to Michigan State next Saturday and Sunday for two games.

Heading into the weekend, the Buckeyes were desperate for wins, and on Saturday they got just what they needed, taking a road victory, 5-1 over Michigan State. The momentum was high after Saturday night, and the Buckeyes were hoping for another victory on Sunday, but, they were unable to do so, falling 2-0.

Next up, Ohio State returns home to host a two game series against Minnesota this Friday and Saturday.

Although it was against the #4 ranked team in the nation, Minnesota, the Buckeyes struggled mightily over the weekend on their home ice against the Gophers. They gave up 5 goals in each of the games, falling on Friday night 5-1, and then again on Saturday evening by a score of 5-2.

Next up, Ohio State will continue their homestand when they host two against Notre Dame this Friday and Saturday.

The Buckeyes struggles continued this weekend as they hosted two games against Notre Dame, and got obliterated in both of them. On Friday, the Irish put on a 6-1 victory, and then on Saturday afternoon, it was much uglier, as the Buckeyes fell 8-1.

Next up, Ohio State heads to State College for two games at Penn State next Friday and Saturday.

The Buckeyes kicked off their weekend, where many of their teams are playing TTUN in different sports. OSU picked up a 3-2 victory (a huge victory) over #7 Michigan in Columbus on Friday night. The Buckeyes never trailed in this one, as Gustaf Westlund (4th) scored just 1:51 into the game for OSU. A few minutes later, Kent Johnson (7th) scored on a power play for the Wolverines. Then, 12:05 into the first period, OSU strikes again, this time off the stick of Jaedon Leslie (2nd). The next goal came from the Buckeyes as well just a few minutes into the second period, as Patrick Guzzo (2nd) punched one in. The final goal of the game came in the third from the Wolverines, off the stick of Matty Beniers (6th).

Tommy Nappier came away with the win, tallying 32 saves. Erik Portillo put up 16 saves in the loss.

The two teams will square off again on Saturday at 5:30.

After a huge win on Friday, a 3-2 upset over #7 Michigan, the Buckeyes weren't able to keep that momentum going, as the Wolverines were able to slug out a 6-0 victory to close out the weekend series on Saturday. OSU never really got anything going in this one, and the Wolverines just had their way.

Next up, Ohio State travels to Madison next Friday and Saturday for two games against Wisconsin.

Playing on the road against #5 Wisconsin was going to be a tall task headed into the weekend. The Buckeyes made it very interesting on Friday night, before ultimately falling 2-1 in OT. But then on Saturday, the Badgers took the ice and completely dominated play for a 7-0 victory.

Ohio State wraps up the regular season, and most likely their season, on Thursday and Friday in Columbus as they host two against Arizona State.

The Buckeyes wrapped up their regular season on Friday night, finishing a two-game series hosting non-conference games against Arizona State. On Thursday, OSU picked up a really solid 8-3 victory. But then on Friday, the Buckeyes were completely shut out, losing 5-0.

Ohio State will get a shot at the B1G Tournament, playing in the Quarterfinals, March 14. Notre Dame will serve as hosts of this year's conference tournament.
