The D2 women's basketball bracket was also released on Sunday night. The #1 seeds for the eight different regions include: Charleston (WV), North Georgia, Fort Hays State, Belmont Abbey, Dominican (NY), Lubbock Christian, Michigan Tech, and Colorado School of Mines. Lubbock Christian, who received a #1 seed, is the defending national champion.

The large amount of teams from Ohio to make the field include: Cedarville, Walsh, Tiffin, and Ashland.

Qualifiers for the D1 Men's Swimming & Diving Championships were revealed on Wednesday. The list includes many Buckeyes, and numerous other swimmers and divers from schools in Ohio. The Championships will be March 24-27 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, North Carolina. California is the defending national champion (from 2019) and is well represented.

The brackets for the D1 Wrestling National Championship have been released on Wednesday. The championship will take place March 18-20 at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri. The field is loaded with Buckeyes, Big Ten athletes, and numerous athletes from schools in Ohio. Penn State is the 4x defending national champion, and is looking primed to win again.

The bracket for the D1 Men's Basketball national tournament was released on Sunday evening, after all the conference tournaments wrapped up. The tournament will begin on March 18 with games in the First Four. First round action will be March 19-20, followed by Second round on March 21-22. The Sweet 16 will be March 27-28, Elite 8 March 29-30. The Final Four is on April 3, followed by the National Championship on April 5. All games will be conducted in the state of Indiana, with the Final Four and Championship being conducted at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Gonzaga is the #1 overall seed, also earning #1 seeds are: Baylor, Michigan, Illinois. Virginia is the defending national champion (2019) and earned a #4 seed. Teams from Ohio to make the tournament include the following: Ohio State (#2 seed), Ohio U. (#13 seed), and Cleveland State (#15 seed).

On Monday, the bracket for the D1 Women's Basketball national tournament was revealed. First round play will begin on March 21 and 22. The Final Four will be April 2, with the championship on April 4 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. South Carolina earned the #1 overall seed for the tournament, while Stanford, UConn and NC State also earned #1 seeds. Wright State (#13 seed) is the only school from Ohio to make the bracket.

Baylor is the defending national champion (2019) and will be playing in the tournament as a #2 seed.

Kentucky has claimed the National Championship in Rifle, their third title in program history, all coming since 2011. The Wildcats edged out TCU by a score of 4,731-4,722. Individually, Mary Tucker (Kentucky) claimed the national title in Smallbore, while Stephanie Grundsoe (TCU) picked up the win in Air Rifle. Tucker then defeated Grundsoe for the individual aggregate national championship.

Utah has won the national championship in Skiing, their 2nd consecutive title and their 13th title in program history. The Utes claimed the title with 554 points, followed by Colorado with 522.5 points. The individual national championships were as follows.

St. Cloud State defended their title in D2 wrestling last weekend, earning their 3rd consecutive and 5th in the last 6 seasons. They won the title with 107 team points, just edging out Nebraska-Kearney with 105.5 points. The following were the individual weight class national champions:

Oregon has claimed the D1 Men's Indoor Track & Field National Championship, scoring the second most points in championship history. The Ducks dominated with 79 team points. LSU was the team runner-up with 56 points. This was Oregon's first title since 2016 when they wrapped up back-to-back-to-back national title runs. Ashland claimed their 2nd national title (2nd consecutive) at the D2 Men's Indoor Track & Field championships. They tallied 70 team points, to outpace Grand Valley State who scored 53 points. Individual national champions were as follows:

The Monday after the indoor championships, distance runners toed the line again, as the cross country national championships were contested in Stillwater, Oklahoma. In the women's 6k event, Alabama's Mercy Chelangat claimed the individual national title, running a 20:01.1, winning by 5 seconds over Oklahoma State's Taylor Roe. BYU breezed to a team national title with 96 points, as all 5 of their runners finished at 34th or better, their 5th title in program history and 1st since 2002. North Carolina State was the runner-up team with 161 points. Stanford (207), Michigan State (212) and Minnesota (239), all rounded out the top 5 teams.

In the men's 10k race, Connor Mantz of BYU claimed the individual national title, running a 29:26.1, winning the title by an impressive 23 seconds over Adriaan Wildschutt of Florida State. Northern Arizona won the team national championship with 60 points, their 4th title in program history, all coming in the last 5 seasons. Notre Dame earned runner-up honors with 87 points.

The field for the 2021 Fencing national championship was released on Wednesday. The tournament will be held March 25-28 at the Bryce Jordan Center on the campus of Penn State in University Park, Pennsylvania. The championship will consist of six different events, and a total of 144 participants, representing 20 schools.

On Sunday, the qualifiers for the D1 Men's Ice Hockey bracket were released. The tournament begins on March 26 and 27 with first round play. A total of 16 teams made the tournament field, and North Dakota earned the #1 overall seed. Frozen Four games will be on April 8, while the National Championship will be April 10 at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Two-time defending champion Minnesota Duluth has earned a spot in the tournament, and will look to defend their title again.

For the first time since 2017, and the 12th time in program history, the national championship trophy in men's water polo is going back to UCLA. They won a tight, low-scoring match to hold off another perennial power program, USC, by a final score of 7-6. The Bruins were one of the last teams invited to the tournament, having to play a first round game, taking down California Baptist 19-14, and then edging out Stanford 11-10 in the semifinal match.

2nd-seeded Wisconsin has claimed the Women's Ice Hockey National Championship, defeating 1st-seeded Northeastern 2-1 in the championship game. This is the Badgers second consecutive national title and 6th in program history. Wisconsin took on 7th-seeded Providence 3-0 in the first round in dominant fashion, then defeated 3rd-seeded Ohio State 4-2 to claim their spot in the title game.

Virginia has claimed the national championship in D1 Women's Swimming & Diving. They took the lead on the first day, and after the first event they never surrendered their lead. They won the title scoring 491 points, blowing out second place NC State, who tallied 354 points, followed by 3rd place Texas with 344.5 points. For the Cavaliers, this was their first national title in program history.

Iowa has claimed yet another national title in D1 wrestling, their 24th in program history, and their first since 2010. They entered the tournament as the unanimous #1 ranked team, and held up to that ranking as they scored 129 points to claim the title, while Penn State was the runner-up with 113.5 points. The Big Ten was dominant during the championships, with 6 teams in the conference finishing in the top 10 in the country, 9 in the top 20, and 10 in the top 25. Selections for the D1 Women's Gymnastics national tournament were released earlier this week. The top 36 teams based on their season average qualified for the tournament, where they will compete in regional events. There will be four regions, and 9 teams will compete in each region for a chance to qualify for the national tournament. Individual athletes in individual events and the all-around event if their team did not qualify for a regional, which will take place April 1-3, where regional hosts will be Georgia, West Virginia, Utah, and Alabama. The top two teams and the top all-around competitor not from a competing team will receive an automatic bid to the championship round. The top event specialist at each regional who is not part of an advancing team or all-around competitor will also advance in that event only.

The Florida Gators have earned the #1 overall seed for the tournament. Two schools from Ohio were selected to compete in regional competition, including: Ohio State and Kent State, both in the Morgantown Regional. Alexandra Fochler of Bowling Green was also selected to compete in the Uneven Bars at the Salt Lake City Regional. Oklahoma is the defending national champion, and is seeded #2 overall.
