This is a move that would set the stage for possibly allowing for the unionization of college athletes. That and of course setting the stage for attorneys to prosper through the inevitable litigation that will follow.

I am an old curmudgeon. I can see this leading to the demise of college sports as we know it. Yet college athletes have the right not to be treated as indentured servants.
