Some Big West Conference action tonight for me with the Portland Pilots (10-7,1-1 Big West) easily defeating a very down Pepperdine (6-13,0-4 Conf). Chris Austin (Pasadena, CA) and Moses Wood (Reno, NV) scored 22 apiece to lead the winners. Freshman walk-on Chika Nduka (Seattle, WA) had a double, double with 14 points and 10 boards. Jan Zidek (Prague, Czech Republic) had 17 for the Waves and Maxwell Lewis (Las Vegas, NV) came off of the bench to add 16 points.
