Early on this was a tight game but as cream does it found its way to the top with the Bison (21-9, 13-5 Summit) earning the win over rival North Dakota (6-25, 2-16 Conf). The Bison if they can't win the conference tourney deserves a bid to the N.I.T. In this one Grant Nelson (Devils Lake, ND) led the Bison with 17 points and 7 boards. State hit 11 of 23 three-point shots good for 47.8%. For the Fighting Hawks, Senior Ethan Igbanugo
(Lakeville, MN) led the way with 16 points.
