As I have said this season the West Coast Conference has some very good teams and like many mid-major conferenceS the average fan has no clue. Late last night number 23 Saint Mary's (24-6, 12-3 Con) took down #1 Gonzaga (24-3, 13-1 Conf) giving the Bulldogs their first conference loss of the season and just their third overall. Playing with level second to none the Gales took charge early and never let up en route to their ten-point win. Leading the way with 14 points, 6 boards, and 4 assists was Tommy Kuhse (Mesa, AZ). Matthias Tass (Tallin, Estonia) added 13 points and a block. For Gonzaga, Rasir Bolton (Petersburg, VA) had 16 points with 3 boards.
