Army (6-6) had enough in the tank today to slip by a gritty Navy (4-8) team by three points in double overtime. Markel Johnson had the only offensive touchdown for the winners while Jabril Williams had one on special teams. Quinn Maretzki had two field goals. For Navy, Xavier Arline had a touchdown pass to Maquel Haywood. Anton Hall Jr. had a rushing touchdown. Bijan Nichols also had a field goal in the loss. Leo Lowin had a game high 16 tackles for Army, while Nicholas Straw led Navy with nine.

Just watched a replay. Simply a great game. The effort and intensity of the play made up any lack of raw talent.
