For the most part, this was a very competitive game where both teams showed flashes of greatness, and then both had moments where they looked average at best. In the end Western Kentucky (8-4) the better team was able to eke out the win. Dayvion McKnight (Shelbyville, KY) hit 13-17 shots from the field, and he hit 6-7 from the charity stripe to finish with a game high 32 points. For the Raiders ((5-5) Trey Calvin came off of the bench to lead the team with 20 points.
