This was another excellent game from start to finish. The Bison (12-2) outscored the Cardinals 11-3 in the fourth to secure the semi-final win. Kobe Johnson (Lawrenceville, GA) led the ground-and-pound Bison attack with 136 yards and 3 scores while Cam Miller (Solon, IA) added a touchdown along with 132 yards. Miller completed just 1-12 passes good for 5 yards. Overall the Bison rushed for 328 yards. For the Cardinals and their two edge offense, Lindsay Scott Jr. (Zachary, LA) went 30-46, 282 yards, 1 touchdown, but was picked off twice. Marcus Cooper (Altair, TX) was able to pick up 112 yards on 20 carries. Scott used his feet to pick up 8 yards on the ground and two scores. Taylor Grimes (Godley, TX) grabbed 7 balls for a total of 77 yards.
