The Flames (8-5) failed to complete a two point conversion and fall to the Rockets (9-5) by a 21-19 score. Dequan Finn (Detroit, MI) goes 16-24 for 133 yards and 1 touchdown to aid the Rockets in the bowl win. He also rushed for a touchdown. Lenny Kuhl (Munich, Germany) had a touchdown catch in all he had just two catches for 16 yards. For the Flames, Kaidon Salter (Cedar Hill, TX) threw for one touchdown as did CJ Daniels (Lilburn, GA). Shedro Louis had a touchdown catch.
