Penn State @ Ohio State kick-off time prediction?

I am trying to make plans for this weekend of the wisconsin game and also Penn State game but the time hasnt come out for the kickoff of the PSU game any predictions or word of what time they might start the game for PSU. Nov 13th

The Big ten has said that they are against scheduling night games in november.
So, I'd expect a noon or 3:30 kickoff for PSU

I'm thinking the away section is usually in 10 AA,12 AA, and possibly 14 AA. Also, some will be in 31B, 33B, and 33A.
