8th & 7th grade champs was Boyd county
It’s hard for any Ohio schools to play in the Rio tournament due to OHSAA having limits on how many games you can play during a season. Most teams have a conference tournament at the end of the season.

Jr High OHSAA rule:
16 plus 1 postseason tournament not to exceed 4 contests
