Been trying to get ahold of the coach. Anybody know Chuck Mcknight need to cancel a jr.high baseball game due to school function. Numbers I was given there has been no answer.

Is Minford not having a team this year?

minford is has two teams 7th and 8th, the 7th was scheduled to play up there, but an after school function has caused them to cancel this game.

MInford cancelled both their games with South Point so I thought they weren't having a team..If so then why did they cancel?

Minford cancelled the games /w SP because "they didn't have enough pitching" lol

I believe the reason they canceled the games with the Lawrence County teams was because they have plenty of games on their schedule with local teams and they did not want to travel so far. Valley now has two 7th grade teams playing against Minford and they were not both on the original schedule.
