Always a battle, isn't it, forever to consider every single bite of food you ever put in your mouth as the "enemy", while still being expected to put food on the table that satisfies the preferences/demands of others? It's a tough reality to accept that "food" is never allowed to "sound good" to you because "good-tasting food" just makes you fat. I really enjoy cooking, baking, and trying new recipes - always have - but eating the resulting products just adds pounds. Putting them on tastes really good - getting them back off is pure torture. I heard some skinny person say "NOTHING tastes as good as BEING THIN is- I beg to differ, but I get the point.

I cannot eat "real" food it has to be low fat low cal low carb low sugar or my body instantly gains... from Friday to Sunday I put on 4lbs and that was from eating 2 items that was "real" food...

Way to go OnB! I'm down 2.5 this week, after a year (next week) of fighting this knee and three major surgeries, I'm going to take off what I put back on. It's hard keeping it off if you don't exercise and I really missed the exercise! My therapy is 3.5 hours and for two hours of that I'm doing something to burn calories even if it's a 'light' workout, so I'm back on track and goin' to the downside. Yea! Oh yeah, I forgot, I put on 17 out of 94 that I lost....

Ok i gave up,i dont have a big enough gun to kill two demons at once,so i dropped the weight watchers thing for one month. I have not smoked in 1 month and 3 days, and to tell you the truth i dont miss them at all. I HAVE gained 8 or 9 lbs and start my next weight watchers session next thursday.I will be joining a gym in the next few weeks and will make a run at getting this next 40 lbs off.

onb: I saved one pair of pants from my pre WW days. One day I'm gonna take a pic of them and put it on Facebook. I think two of me can fit in them now.:)

On topic: Down 2.5 more in the last three weeks. I'm a turtle still, but, 5 of that poundage I gained during my 'recuperation' are off! Yippee!

Good luck to all losers!
