2 Hanging Rock officers charged with making people pay their fine at the time of the stop (Cash) and then pocketing the money.

Penalties should be very stiff for law enforcement who use their jobs to take advantage of of citizens.

But on the bright side, I bet none of those speeding tickets will increase the victims insurance rates

Just tell the inmates who they are when you put them in prison....punishment will be handed down.

Do they really believe it has just been these two up there that were doing this? How long have those two guys been on the force up there? I've heard some stories of people talking this happening to them over 10 years ago.

I believe this has been going on for awhile. These two just happened to get caught.
