Obama had such a high amount in 2009 that there wasn't much room to "grow" federal spending from 2010 to 2013.

Let's cut funding for education/health care and eliminate "over-paid" teachers in public schools and nurses in public hospitals - what a waste of public taxpayer money they are. And absolutetly eliminate all recognition of "mental health" problems as "real and legitimate" medical issues because they're nothing but a failure of worship belief, poor parenting and low morals?
That would save a lot of public money!! Just handle all these problems yourself if you have a troubled child - no public resources, support, or fundng available - it's all your parenting fault!
