what does everyone use their new carpet scraps for?

i have used them to put under my plants to protect the floor.

i also use them for knee pads when cleaning hard wood floors

I have put them down on a hardwood floor to muffle the sound from a fan.

They will protect your hardwood floors if put under legs of furniture.
