Make the cake and sell it.

Provide a detailed listing of the toppings for the wedding cakes.

Obviously this business would not be able to provide the lesbians their type of topping; therefore, they would have to go elsewhere.

If the lesbians decided to still get the cake from this business, then so be it. It's a cake.

They can put the remainder of the details (including the topper) on themselves.
