A Wisconsin woman has spent six days in jail for unpaid library fines. Keely Givhan, a mother and college student, says police initially pulled her over for "not having a light bulb over my back license plate," but then informed her she owen $159 in unpaid library fines and another $172 for missed court appearances related to the overdue books.Lacking the cash to pay her fines, Givhan was jailed for six days. A violation is a violation, explained police Capt. Bill Tyler,"whether you're got dope or library books.'
