Prayer request

My uncle recently had surgery to remove an aneurysm near his stomach. He had lived with it for a few years and just recently decided to go ahead and have it removed. He was told that is was very risky. In the four weeks since his surgery he has been in the hospital for all but a few days. He has taken several turns for the worse. The most recent was this past Monday when his kidneys shut down and with everything else the doctors decided to call in the family. The Lord was listening though and he has improved. However, on Wednesday his bowels stopped working but that could be because of the morphine that they have him on. I would appreciate any prayers for his recovery. Thank you.

Went to see him last night. He's holding his own but his bowels are still not working. Keep him in your prayers.

I went to see him at the rehab facility yesterday. He is getting a long real well. He looks as if he will recover fully and go back to leading his normal life. Thanks for all the prayers.

While there I discovered my aunt (his sister) is there as well. She has been sick for several years now and is in to recoup from a bout with pneumonia.
