joe jurevivius is correct on the 2nd part of the question.
he was a beast and the qb was awesome as well. they destroyed the fighting tigers that night for the state title.

you know ironton had a series with DuPont west Virginia when randy moss played at DuPont.in fact the fighting tigers beat them a year that they won the wv state title in the states biggest division,but what was randy's brother's name that played for DuPont as well. i'll give you a hint -- he was about as big as a sasquatch.

WHICH OHIO STATE COACH CAME IN A HELICOPTER TO ONE OF THE IRONTON/CAPE GAMES AND LANDED BEHIND THE PRESS BOX TO WATCH THE GAME FROM THE PRESS BOX.

The two CAPE players would probably be Carlos Snow and Vinnie Clark

Larry Hunter. Basketball star at The Plains in 1966. Played at Ohio university. Next went to Wittenberg and won 80% of his games plus a national title. Then became the Ohio university coach in 1989 for 12 years. Now he's at Western Carolina. There's no college coach that's done more for this area.
