I'm trying something different to kick start my weight loss fight.

I have dropped my calories to 1,000 or below a day.

This is going to beat my butt.

Day 1-927
Day 2-854
Day 3-682
Day 4-985(cutting it close)
Day 5-861
Day 6-996(Real close)
Day 7-867
Day 8- 772
Day 9-948
Day 10-992
Day 11-993
Day 12- 663
If anyone in the family cooks a thanksgiving dinner I will be over on my calories that day.

*I am using a website to track this and it takes off the calories I burn while working out but I am not using that total. My total is what I am actually taking in each day.

Day eight of the 1,000 or below.
Should be an easy day being I have to work and then go to the gym afterwards.
I might hit the scales to see if I dropped any pounds after a week of this.

Good luck all.

I am going to hit the scales today to see if this is helping.

Today makes day five of step two of the 1,000 calories or under per day.

The four days I took off of this for the Thanksgiving day long weekend I was under 2,000 three of those days and over, 20000 once(by thirty calories) 77 fat grams.

I tried on some shorts a while ago, a few hours and they are still nowhere close to fitting me and to make things worse they are at the same place they were before I start this.

I have a feeling the scales are not going to bring good news.
The fat gram average per day has averaged in the mid 20's.

hit a brick wall gained 7lbs....now that Weight Watchers has a new system I am hoping for new results! NCF sometimes you hit that wall and need to re-think things and if you are under 1000 your body may think you are starving and taking over you may want to up your calories and increase your workouts.. hope this works!! Don't give up you come to far to quit now!!! I'll let you know Thursday about this week

I won't quit just rethinking the game plan.

It stinks because I am back up to 224 was 214.

Hopefully getting 30 plus hours at the new job and if the other job gives me the hours they said they were going to I will be even more active which has to help.

Everyone keep up the good fight.

Hit the scales after my workout (had to weigh myself twice)tomake sure I got the same numbers, and I did,217.75.

That's down seven punds plus since my last weigh in which was Monday.

Not sure how it happpen and I am still not sure I believe it. :)

I went through one round of p90X and lost 30 lbs. At first it really stunk and was really hard, but after putting my body through exercises that i have not done for years, it was really fun to do, and became addicting. I went from 234 to 204. That is what I weighed during my senior year of football in 93'. I want to get down to about 195.

Since doing the first round i have been doing 5 miles on an elliptical daily.... I am getting ready to start a new round of p90x soon.

I recommend it for anyone who wants to lose weight and get into better shape... I didn't really change my eating too much, except for drinking a lot less dt mt dew and drinking more water.
