Days like today used to be windbreaker type of day up until 6 years ago for me and everyone I worked with since we were used to they cold. But since retiring, I can't stand the cold like I used to and have to break out the heavy coat to put over top of my hooded sweatshirt. The worst I remember was back in 1993 after the blizzard went through our area when highs reached -5 and windchill was -40 for about 3 days. I was on working 16 hour days on 3 roads plowing out drifts with a road grader. I do not miss those days at work one bit.
