Good luck to all losers!

woo hoo irontigermum and i too have saved a pair of jeans and a shirt... I'll post them here at the 100lb loss mark...
Caglewis sometimes you need to change something in your routine to help you start losing again...

I'm down another 1.6 this week to hit 86.2lbs remember determination and motivation will get you through

reliob. It took me one week shy of two years to lose 94. That means there were a LOT of 1 lb or less losses or even gains. Some weeks I was perfect and gained and some, not so perfect and lost. It's not always easy to predict how our bodies are going to react to certain foods, stress, etc. Way to go O n B!!

slow and steady keeps you on course... :122245 and my youngest daughter joined yesterday because she was proud of me and seen my success...she has already lost 35lbs of her baby fat as we refer to it in 3 weeks...good ole nursing helps everytime....I decided after 60 weeks it was time to set it!!

Much, much stress in my life recently - but the weather has been so great and it's gardening season so I'm outside doing yard/garden physical labor more often.
I still have not managed to really "lose" [down 2, up 1 - down 1, up 2] any weight for over 6 weeks, now, but I'm not "gaining" either - just holding steady.
I wish I could just quit eating the way I successfully just quit smoking!

The hard thing is we don't have to smoke to live, but, we have to eat! Good luck Cag and OnB and all other losers! I'm down one more lb this week, halfway there. Have lost 8.5, 8.5 to go.

Throw me in the loser category! lol

I have been training for a sprint triathlon for 10 weeks, while my swimming, biking and running were all getting better, I was not losing any weight. I was at 305.

I have since buckled down, eating only fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats and lowfat dairy products and following the weight watchers program. My wife is a member. Since last Friday, I am under 300 for the first time in 2 years. My goal is to get 55 pounds, be down to 245.

congrats to everyone, come on boiler you can boogey those pounds off saturday! lol

Yay Losers! I'm up .5 this week. The whole time I was losing for two years, I did that about once every 4-5 weeks. This must be my gain week. Not changing anything, just waiting for next weeks loss. :-D

Seriously, good job eagles 73. I cant believe that you left those cookies alone at the prom.I ate 30 lbs of fruit and vegies so i would leave the fattening stuff alone, but i had to sample a chocolate cookie anyway. I will weigh in tonight and if home scales are right i weigh the same as last week.

OnB 365 i would love to run a 5k someday i guess that would be my ultimate goal.
