:122245 I do when we order from home, this pizza was ordered from the poop house down there Bolt, and brought here. So i don't know who ordered it. It was a freebie. Domino's isn't even my pick with extra sauce. They can keep it. Might as well eat the box right along with the pizza, be about the same texture. :)

Yep, someone ordered a bunch of them from the poop house, they had a pizza party there yesterday. Might have been a little pooparoni on it knowing that place, but the main ingredient was recycled cardboard. It was a Domino's desert dry classic. The box had to have had more moisture than the pizza did this time. :)

BAKED BUFFALO CHICKEN - combo recipe based on allrecipes.com - serves 4

2 pounds chicken wings or chicken strips

MARINADE INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper/cayenne flakes

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Add all to a ziplock plastic bag, turn to coat

Marinate in refrigerator 1-8 hrs

Remove chicken pieces from bag and shake off excess moisture. Discard remaining marinade

FURTHER INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 lbs previously marinated chicken wings or strips

1/2 cup melted butter

1/2 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)

DIRECTIONS:

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and lightly grease with cooking spray. Place the flour, paprika, both peppers, and garlic salt into a resealable plastic bag, and shake to mix. Add the chicken wings or strips a few at a time, seal, and toss until well coated with the flour mixture.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Whisk together the melted butter and hot sauce in a wide shallow bowl. Dip the floured wings/strips into the butter mixture, turn to thoroughly coat, and place on the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is opaque in the center, and crispy on the outside - about 45 minutes. Turn the chicken over halfway [20 min] during cooking so it cooks evenly.

I fixed this using boneless skinless chicken breasts cut legthwise into 4 strips ea yesterday.
It was really good. The second side that had been lying down in the pan was still a little soggy even after turning it over/up for the second 20 minutes of baking time; so I raised the oven rack higher and turned on the broiler alone for the final 5-10 minutes to dry/crisp them up. PERFECT

Maple Glazed Salmon

Prep time: 15 min

Cook time: 15-20 min

Total time: 30-45 min

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

4 filets Salmon
3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Freshly Grated Ginger
1 Thinly Sliced Green Onion
1 tablespoon Water
1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch

Cooking Directions

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a medium sized bowl, whisk together your liquid ingredients: water, soy sauce, and maple syrup.

Once well mixed, add your ginger and cornstarch and continue to whisk until smooth.

Place Salmon filets, skin side down, in a shallow baking dish. 1 - 1/2 quart casserole dishes work fine.

Generously spoon your soy maple glaze over the Salmon filets. If you have a little time to spare, marinate the Salmon filets in your glaze for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. If not, dont worry, without marinating it is absolutely delicious and flavorful.

Bake the fish for 15-17 minutes, or until your fish flakes easily when touched with a fork.

For best results, baste filets with more soy maple glaze one or two times throughout the baking process.

This dish is best served on top of a bed of pasta, tossed with butter, garlic, parsley, and olive oil. Sprinkle the chopped green onions on top of your filet, and serve hot!
