Snowstorm?

Post by Landstuhl78 »

Just heard around school that a snowstorm might be coming in this weekend. Don't know how true this is so I figured I would ask.

I am sure there will be a snowstorm somewhere, but in Southern Ohio it will be in the 50's this weekend. I am not an expert, maybe ask NewLex, he is usually taking a good guess at it.

There is a storm showing up on the models. But I am not sure there is going to be enough cold air in place for a snow storm.

Hey Newlex, what's your prediction that we might have a white Christmas?

If the midwest storm this weekend can wrap in some cold air. I think we have a decent chance for there to be a little snow on the ground on Christmas.

Great, my request is 1-2 inches during the middle of the night on Christmas eve so when we wake up and look out everything sparkles and then it warms up and melts off by noon.

My nephews and their families are coming in from Virginia Beach and Texas and they have requested a white Christmas and my sister is coming up January 18th from Alabama and she said she wants snow on the ground when her plane lands. She probably has the better chance of getting her wish but I hope they all do. :-D

Well I hope we have a white Christmas. No snow on Christmas sucks.

We got just enough last night to cover the grass.

I read on the Columbus CBS web site, where the city had 30 snow plows on-call last night.

Just looking at the map you could tell it wasn't coming up this far and what was wouldn't last.

Yeah, I was watching the radar late last nite, and could tell it was moving out of here faster than what was predicted. Good thing because I was in no shape to get a shovel out yet, still fighting this shoulder blade pain.
