Instructor, if school is out the Mayor expects to see your smiling face in attendance.........

POLL QUESTION

1) SHOULD YOU BE ABLE TO BRING CAMERAS TO OBDTF LUNCHES :?:

2)OR SHOULD YOU JUST BE ABLE TO SHOOT AT WILL-------

MOST CAMERAS BEING USED AT THESE DINNERS MUST BE BROKEN, THEY HAVE THE TENDENCY TO ELIMINATE MY NECK. SAME WITH BIGGDOWGG, AND OZZIEOHIO.

ALSO GRNDMA1 IS WANTING TO MAKE THIS ONE , AND TRY TO MEET ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WERE SO KIND TO HER THROUGH HER HUSBASND'S ILLNESS. :-D

Stopped at the Ironton Giovanni's to get my mother a salad on the way home from the hospital and I was stunned to see a sign that said,

We no longer take personal checks, debit cards or credit cards. I guess they take American dollars? anyway..I could understand the checks but the Debit Cards in 2008? crazy stuff. We had to scrape around to find $6.25 in cash! not used to having that much at one time anymore with me.

They also wanted to charge us for using the room. Too many places around town that want us to use their facilities to have to pay for the use of a room.

If you do ever decide to have one in Jackson, Cardo's pizza doesn't charge for the party room, as long as you are buying their food and it's not already booked. They also have a great buffet from 11 o'clock to 1:30. I have two kids and two grandchildren who work there. I am going to try to make it to Coal Grove, weather permitting. Can someone tell me how to get to Giovanni's?

come into Ironton on US 23, head towards Ashland, Kentucky on US 52..take the Coal Grove exit and at the stop sign at the end of the ramp, make a left..after you cross the highway you'll be in Coal Grove..a few blocks from there..you'll see a grocery story (Forth's Foodfair) on your right..and Giovannis will be on your left
