Thanks guys...........garden is doing well. With all the rain I had some weed problems for awhile.

Use a thick layer of grass clippings, that will take care of the weeds and the plants love em

I don't have a garden but I do this sometimes with the mower along my fence lines. I point my grass clippings shoot towards the fence and blow it that way with a line and it keeps the weeds down along there for awhile. Beats trimming every time. Basically it does the same thing as landscape mulch does in a flower beds or around something. Suffocates the weeds/grass you don't want growing. It works just as good and it's cost free.
