At this time I'm reading Tom Brownings book Tales from the Reds dugout.

It has tons of great and very funny stories.

The History of Women, Volume 2
"Silences of the Middle Ages"

This second volume is interesting to me because shows how women in general were basically:
1.) Slaves to a regime
2.) Placed into bondage by The Church
3.) In most cases, didn't even have power over their own bodies
4.) Were likened to livestock to be owned and controlled by their masters
Masters = Church, fathers, husbands, brothers - in that order

*And I'm not even halfway finished with this book!
