Wikipedia apologized to the comedian Sinbad last week after a prankster edited the online encyclopedia to say that he had died of a heart attack.The fake news was forwarded around the internet and Sinbad began fielding hundreds of calls and e-mails.Wilipedia banned the anonymous prankster from its site.
Supermodel Naomi Campbell last week arrived in stiletto heels to begin her communnity service sentence as a cleaning woman at a New York City Sanitation Department warehouse. As part of her sentence for throwing a cell phone at her maid,Campbell was scheduled to spend five days sweeping and mopping up the garage. "We have plenty of work for her to do," said Sanitation Department Deputy Chief Albert Durrell. "If they are dirty,she will be cleaning toitets."Campbell worked in a pair of combat boots and was issued gloves and a mask.
